Description
Oval leaves that are flushed reddish purple when young, and mature to dark green. Dark red buds open to sinlge or semi-double deep pink flowers in spring, followed in autumn by small, dark red fruits. Very popular variety. Upright spreading crown shape.
Position in full sun for best blossom and foliage colour. Prefers fertile, moist, well-drained soil.
