Refund policy

No plant or tree will be accepted back under any circumstances if it has been taken out of the pot or bag.  Quality inspections should be made at delivery and any issues should be raised at this point.

Acceptance of a delivery or pick up is deemed an acceptance the stock is in good working order or condition.
