Description
A small ornamental tree, with an open spreading habit. The single deep pink flowers are produced in abundance in mid Spring. The new foliage has purplish-green tips, maturing to bronze green leaves. Large red fruit with a pink flesh is produced, suitable for crab apple jelly.
Position in full sun for best blossom and foliage colour. Prefers fertile, moist, well drained soil.
