Calothamnus graniticus granite claw flower (20cm)

A West Australian native shrub known for its dark, pine-like foliage and usually bright red, claw-shaped flowers that appear in winter. It is an erect shrub, reaching a height of 1-2 meters, and is well-suited for sunny positions with well-drained soil. The species is the floral emblem of Busselton and has subspecies that are listed as "near threatened". H: 1-2m W: 1.5m.
