Malus trilobata (25lt)

This Crab Apple is more widely known for its erect growth habit (pyramidal canopy shape), making it very suitable for confined areas. Also the maple like leaves, which have 3 serrated deep lobes. Flowers are white and only a few yellow fruit are produced. The foliage is bright green, darkening, and then changing to yellow, orange and red in beautiful Autumn tonings.
Position in full sun, prefers rich, moist, well-drained soil.
