Malus Tom Matthews (25lt)

This showy selection of crab apple features a colourful display throughout the seasons. In spring, vibrant, vivid, scarlet-red flowers compliment the bronze-red foliage. Leaves are mid-dark green tinged with bronze. The flowers are followed by an abundance of medium-sized clusters of small, dark, red-purple fruits from autumn to late winter. A superb small feature tree.
Position in full sun for best flowering and foliage colour. Adapts to most soils but prefers rich, moist, well-drained, slightly acid soil.
