Corymbia Citrodora Lemon Scented Gum (35lt)

A handsome gum tree with a smooth white to pink trunk and a strong very attractive lemon smell to the foliage, particularly strong in damp conditions. This is a fast growing large tree. A good for honey production, and refined oil from the leaves is used as an insect repellant. This tree looks wonderful for avenue planting or as a feature tree where the pale smooth trunks are shown off to perfection. See Kings Park Botanic Gardens in Perth. Prefurrs dry, well-drained, moist moderate drainage and full sun, drought tolerant.
